Every weapon runs five camo tiers: 8 Military from weapon level, 3 Special from per-weapon challenges, 4 Completionist (Gold → Platinum → Harmonic Break → Divergence), 3 Mode Mastery per mode, and the Weapon Prestige Pyroclast line. Progress is shared across modes until Divergence, then splits by mode.
